Deutsch: Das Kongress und Theaterhaus bzw. Kurhaus mit dem Kurpark im Vordergrund in der oberösterreichischen Stadtgemeinde Bad Ischl.
Nachdem die Gemeinde das damalige „Pfifferlingfeld“ 1872 angekauft hatte, wurde auf diesem ab 1873 nach Plänen des österr. Architekten Hyazinth Michel (1846–1904) das Kurhaus errichtet und am 30. Mai 1875 in Anwesenheit der Erzherzoge Franz Karl und Ludwig Viktor mit einem Festbankett eröffnet. Während eines Umbaus brach in der Nacht des 25. Februar 1965 ein Brand aus, der das Kurhaus weitgehend zerstörte. Beim Wiederaufbau wurden die Außenfassaden und der Kuppeldachstuhl mit geringen Abweichungen in alter Form wieder hergestellt, jedoch die Innenräume wurden zeitgemäß neugestaltet, und am 19. Juni 1966 fand dann die feierliche Wiedereröffnung statt: [1]. Ab 1997 wurde das ehemalige Kurhaus mit einem Kostenaufwand von rund € 15 Mio. renoviert und mit der Operette „Paganini“ wurde am 11.
