Could you please mention what things about this article need to be corrected? What is wrong, and how could it be made right? As for the lack of parallelism with the English Wikipedia, as I understand it, each language's Wikipedia is indepedent from all the others: none is canonical. There will be many articles that appear only in some languages, but not others, without thereby earning any illegitimacy. Of course, Wikipedians are encouraged to make reference to articles in other languages and to build translations and cross-referecnes. Would you feel up to the task of doing this?
