Urho Kaleva Kekkonen (natus 3 Septembris 1900 in Pielavesi; mortuus 31 Augusti 1986 Helsingiae), alumnus universitatis Helsingiensis ubi iuribus studuit, fuit praeses octavus Finniae. Plus quam 25 annos praeses meruit, ab anno 1956 usque ad 1981, quo fit ut praeses diuturnissimus Finniae sit. Etiam quinquies fuit minister primarius. Notus est inter alia, quod familiariter Unione Rerum Publicarum Sovieticarum Socialisticarum usus est.
