Positronium, usitate Ps imminutum, est systema quod in positrono consistit, electrono suaque antiparticula quae in atomo exotico, diserte onio, colligantur. Quod systema instabile est: duae particulae inter se exstinguuntur plerumque ad duos aut tris radios gamma efficiendos, secundum status versationis. Gradus energiae particularum graduum energiae atomi hydrogenii similes sunt, qui est status ligatus protonis et electronis; quia autem massa sic imminuitur, frequentiae linearum spectralium minus quam dimidium frequentiarum linearum hydrogeni congruentium sunt.

Stephanus Mohorovičić exsistentiam positronii in commentario in Astronomische Nachrichten anno 1934 edito praedixit, ubi positronium electrum nominavit.[1]
