Beowa, Beaw, Beow, Beo, vel Bedwig est persona in paganismo Anglosaxonico cum hordeo et agricultura consociata. Quam genealogiae regiae aetate Alfredi elaboratae attestantur, ubi Beowa filius Scyld et nepos Sceafa in stirpes ad Adam relatas inseritur.[1] Coniunctiones propositae sunt cum Beowa et Beowulf, heroe poematis eiusdem nominis, ac John Barleycorn, figura magni momenti in carminibus vulgaribus Anglicis.
