Iacobus Franciscus Stephens (Anglice: James Francis Stephens), natus est die 16 Septembris, 1792 ad Shoreham-by-Sea - mortuus est die 22 Decembris, 1852 fuit studiosus ornithologicus, zoologicus et entomologicus Anglicus.
