Çatalhöyük (sed etiam videtur ut Çatal Höyük, Çatalhüyük et Çatal Hüyük, qui in lingua Turcica est collis forcae) est locus archaeologicus Turciae meridio-occidentalis, inter hereditatem mundialem enumeratus. Ibi homines ab aevo Neolithico aceramico usque ad Chalcolithicum habitabant. Situs dicitur unum ex primis locis proto-urbanis et creationis speculorum esse.
