Emendatio ex 03:53, 6 Martii 2016
Politicus nullius factionis est homo in rebus publicis agens qui nulli factioni ascribitur. Quia factiones politicae in variis civitatibus varie constituuntur, politici multis de causis studium unius partis declinare possunt. Aliquando tales politici, etsi publice in factione non sunt, tamen uni factioni suffragiis favere solent.
