Pastillum bubulum ostrearumque est ferculum in Anglia medio saeculo XIX inventum. E traditione tam pastilli ostrearum quam pastilli bubuli(en) ortum est. Praeceptum ab Urbano Dubois, coquo Francico Londinii morantem, anno 1870 datur;[1] eadem res cito in Ludovicianam transmissa est[2] saeculoque XX ineunte in Nova Zelandia describitur;[3] etiam in Hibernia cognoscitur.[4] Cervesia nonnumquam immiscetur.[5]
