Libellus de arte coquinaria scriptus est ab incognito saeculi XIII in lingua Danica (sed titulo rubricisque Latinis). Continet 25 praecepta culinaria, quorum primum est "Quomodo fiet oleum de nucibus".

Hunc libellum invenimus in uno libro manuscripto, circa annum 1300 confecto; sequuntur libelli de herbis et de arte epigraphica.
