Ishmael Scott Reed (natus Chattanooga Tennesiae 22 Februarii 1938) est poeta, scriptor mythistoriarum, commentator, compositor carminumm, scriptor scaenicus, editor, et publicator Americanus, qui operibus satiricis culturam civilem Americanam provocantibus et oppressionem politicam et culturalem vehementius dicentibus innotuit.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9] Anno 2007, Reed clavilista iazzicus et conductor gregis primum in The Ishmael Reed Quintet perfunctus est.
