Descriptio
Čeština: Znak statutárního města Liberec. Ve stříbrném štítě mezi dvěma červenými věžemi červená hradební zeď s cimbuřím, prolomená branou. Brána je otevřená, se zlatými veřejemi na stříbrných závěsech a zpola spuštěnou zlatou mříží, zakončenou stříbrnými špicemi. Každá věž má v přízemí otevřenou branku, nad ní střílnu a podlouhlé, křížem dělené okno, zakončuje ji špičatá stříška s červeným cimbuřím, zlatou makovicí a doprava vlajícím modrým praporkem. Na zdi nad branou visí modrý štít se stříbrným kolem (znak rodu Redernů), Na cimbuří mezi věžemi stojí rozkročený korunovaný zlatý lev s červeným jazykem.
