Summarium

Descriptio

Detail from Le Christ couronnant Romanos et Eudoxie.
Constantinople, ivoire, vers 945-949. H.: 24,6 cm
Département des Monnaies, Médailles et Antiques, Bibliothèque Nationale de France.

If it is 945-949, it couldn't be Romanos IV Diogenes (1030 — 1072) and Eudokia Makrembolitissa. It should be Roman II (938 — 963) with his 1st wife Bertha of Italy, who took the name of Eudoxie. They were married in 944-949.
