Moving the page[fontem recensere]

Think we should just move the template to a special page? That way we won't have to update every individual welcome.--Ioshus Rocchio 22:59, 7 Martii 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Would be a good idea, I think. --Roland2 23:13, 7 Martii 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Formula:Salve template?--Ioshus Rocchio 23:19, 7 Martii 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Not to be nitpicky, but shouldn't this be: Vicipaedia:Ops nexusque pro usoribus novis? --Tbook 20:40, 8 Martii 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think it should ;-) See here and here. And user Bohmhammel suggests to name it subsidium nexusque usoribus novis (sine pro), see here. So maybe it should be Vicipaedia:Ops nexusque usoribus novis? --Roland2 22:23, 8 Martii 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Can we do it ...? --Roland2 08:27, 9 Aprilis 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Quid sit ~[fontem recensere]

Cum tildibus 4 nomen tuum scribe in paginis disputationum (noli in articulis ipsis) (i. e. Iustinus 07:23, 3 Aprilis 2006 (UTC)).[reply]

Hmmm, well the word "tilde" comes from Latin titulus, and indeed that term was apparently used for the nasal diacritic used in Medieval (and Renaissance) Latin (e.g. see the quotes at cymitharra, caouinum and so on). Of course titulus has a LOT more meanings. Surely there was a more specific name for this! Anyone know? For now, I would suggest rendering tilde as titulus nasalis.

BTW, you guys are doing great in my absence. I wish I could help more, but I just can't these days. Proh dolor! --Iustinus 07:23, 3 Aprilis 2006 (UTC)[reply]
