I reverted your move of the category Categoria:Reges Scotiae. I think you're right about the proper Latin name, but moving categories is a complicated thing in the wiki environment. Every page belonging to the category has to be edited. Unless you're prepared to complete the process, it's better not to start it.

On the other hand, if you wanted to move the list page Reges Scotiae to "Reges Scotorum", citing a Latin source as you evidently can do, and similarly other biographical pages about Scottish kings, that would be a good idea and perfectly simple.
