Disputatio Categoriae:Urbes Germaniae

Which towns/cities should we include in this category? Only big cities like Berlin, Hanover or Munich or all or none? We've got also the article Urbes Germaniae.

Quot urbes oppidaque quae Categoria amplectatur, solum urbes vel oppida vel nulla nullique? Vide etiam Urbes Germaniae!

Welche Städte sollen wir in diese Kategorie einordnen? Nur die größten und wichtigsten, alle oder gar keine? Es gibt ja auch noch Urbes Germaniae.

In my view, we should put not only cities but all towns and villages as well into this category or its subcategories. Some other wikipedias make the distinction between cities and towns/villages, but the definition of what is a city and what is not varies greatly from one country to another, so in my view it is more of a nuisance than it is helpful. --UV 15:48, 11 Martii 2007 (UTC)[reply]

In my view, we should put e. g. villages in Bavaria in Categoria:Urbes Bavariae. In my view, the supercategory Categoria:Urbes Germaniae should ideally only hold ~15 subcategories (one for the cities and villages of each federal state). --UV 23:56, 12 Martii 2007 (UTC)[reply]
