purpose of this page[fontem recensere]

What is it? We already have Categoria:Tabernae acta priora. Maybe it has something to do with this? --Ioscius 07:21, 15 Aprilis 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It seems to me an attempt to organise the Taberna's archives, although no other page links here and we have already the Categoria:Tabernae acta priora. The thing is, as Pantocrator himself has said here, he may not know what categories are for, or how they work. --Xaverius 08:54, 15 Aprilis 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Both of you, typically, have seen the need to gratuitously insult me. The true explanation is the obvious one - I simply did not know of the category's existence. I don't think I would have made this if I had seen it.
Nonetheless there potentially is a benefit to having a separate index - to summarise the subjects of discussions, making it easier to search. But even I wouldn't want to do that whole job, except maybe bit by bit. Pantocrator 09:27, 15 Aprilis 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I did not want to insult. I apologise if it sounded harsh or whatsoever, but I couldn't figure another way of expresing it in English. I know you want to help, I see the point of the page, and I could tell that you did not know that we had that category already (hence the comment on categories you made). You can see that the archives are already summarised at Categoria:Tabernae acta priora, which has a discusion page if needed, but is there a need to discuss on old discusions?--Xaverius 09:33, 15 Aprilis 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It's the very first thing on the taberna page, not sure how you could have missed it, given how much time you spend there. That you think no one thought of that before is also rather strange. Then there is the please don't make big moves thing without discussing a bit thing.--Ioscius 09:43, 15 Aprilis 2010 (UTC)[reply]
So we can delete this right? --Ioscius 09:45, 15 Aprilis 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Please wait a bit, I'd like to know if PC has read what I last wrote and if he accepts my apologies!--Xaverius 09:49, 15 Aprilis 2010 (UTC)[reply]
As far as a casual observer can observe, there is nothing even mildly insulting in what Xaverius has written above. -24.107.235.195 09:53, 15 Aprilis 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I also have no interest in insulting. Useful edits, good Latin, collaboration especially on moves within Vicipaedia namespace; in that I have an interest. --Ioscius 09:56, 15 Aprilis 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I have read all of this. I see no particular need to delete this page, though. Pantocrator 10:12, 15 Aprilis 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Well, as it stands now, it is redundant, as it adds nothing new to what already exists in Categoria:Tabernae acta priora, only that the format (categoria: instead of vicipaedia:) is different, and it is not linked to any other page. I consider it should be deleted.--Xaverius 12:19, 15 Aprilis 2010 (UTC)[reply]
