It means "si tibi placet", Anglice "please" -- I wanted to say "Please try again, Jondel"!

Wikidata uselessly created an entry for our "Categoria:Signa medica" although (as far as they knew) there was nothing to link it to. I deleted our category from that Wikidata entry (it was easier for me to do that than to tell you how to do it!) so now it is free for you to add to another Wikidata entry.
