Disputatio Categoriae:Programmata televisifica 2008

I understand your point, but this belongs to a series of year-categories (here are the television ones, and here is the supercategory for all of them). Since they all link to the simple year-categories as well, it is a system that is easy to maintain and easy to navigate. I don't see a reason to dismantle it. Agreed, not least because categories sorted by year (e.g., Constituta 1962, Pelliculae 1962, Taxa 1962) are so intuitively obvious that they hardly need explaining.
