No human being can move categories (not even Fathers of the Church). What has to be done is to delete it, create the new one, and add the new category name to every relevant page. The smart thing to do is to propose the change at Vicipaedia:Automata/Category move requests; UVBot will then (if we're lucky!) do it for us.
