Not sure what "vasa" is meant to suggest. Note that there is a Latin word "scaphandrum" (see Google) which can be used for a diving outfit, and note also that the French Wikipedia page linked to this one is headed fr:Scaphandre autonome. Maybe a useful hint? Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 11:51, 9 Octobris 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Vasa (pl.) = 'equipment'? IacobusAmor (disputatio) 12:37, 9 Octobris 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Hunc commentarium iam habemus (quamquam non stipula)? Vide definitionem in commentario Scuba: "Scuba est apparatus respiratorius. Homo portans scubam potest natare longe sub aqua." [IacobusAmor again?]
The above comments were marked as minor, so I didn't notice them till now. Yes, I see now how "vasa" could be the mot juste: I hadn't realised its senses stretched so far. Gratias tibi ago.
Were you suggesting that the pages be merged, Iacobe? Scuba is quite a long non-stipula, and was detached from the interwiki series by a bot on a technicality (NB: the 10,000 is involved here), so a merger might be a very good solution. Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 09:58, 10 Novembris 2017 (UTC)[reply]
