Vocative & locative[fontem recensere]

Great job, Rafael! However, I don’t think the vocative and locative should be included in the tables.

The vocative is normally used only to address persons. No one (except perhaps a poet) would address water, or a book, or a name, or a day (as the tables now suggest). Moreover, even in those cases where a vocative is appropriate, it is most often identical to the nominative.

The locative is only used with respect to towns, small islands and a few other words, such as domus, rus, humus, but certainly not with respect to a book, a slave, a name etc., etc. (as the tables now suggest).

Everything there is to say about the locative and vocative cases can easily be delegated to footnotes or separate subsections, as well as links to more specialised articles.
