This is really not Latinitatis 2 (or worse)?[fontem recensere]

Ecce:

Chymicia, et scientia socialis, exercitia scientia, scientia generalis, terra scientia, informatica scientia, et variis disciplinia machinatoris fere in orbis terrarum habentur scientiae.
"Chymica," and social science, "exercitia," science, general science, earth, science, informatica, science, and by various, an engineer's "disciplinia" nearly in the world's, are considered sciences.

Generally, sentences read better if their words stand in some perceptible grammatical relation to one another. Presumably there's a typo for variis disciplinis machinatoris 'by an engineer's various disciplines', but what's the rest? and why was the sign for Latinitatis 2 removed?
