Penso Ray provenit de Raimundo nec de radio.--Rafaelgarcia 20:12, 3 Octobris 2007 (UTC)

De ea re nescio. Sed Radius non est praenomen; igitur textum emendavi ut cum titulo consonat. Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 20:39, 3 Octobris 2007 (UTC)

Ex vicipaedia Anglica: Certificate of Birth, Ray Douglas Bradbury, August 22, 1920, Lake County Clerk's Record #4750. Although he was named after Rae Williams, a cousin on his father's side, Ray Bradbury's birth certificate spells his first name as "Ray." I think this is a case where no full name exists or can be attested (like with "Ben" with "en:Ben Bernanke"). "Raimundus" is not attested, the "Ray" here might have nothing to do with "Raymond". That is why I once changed Ray to Rayus, to leave this question open. --Alex1011 21:47, 3 Octobris 2007 (UTC)
The third link above[4] attests Raimundus as a latin form, although the source is not for Ray Brandbury himself. Also the first link I provide above shows Rae is also a form of Raymond.[5]--Rafaelgarcia 00:16, 4 Octobris 2007 (UTC)
