Then I would move it to "Provincia (terrae foederalis)" (with Genitive), because I have now introduced provincia as a province of terra foederalis. If you use the Genitive you could/should omit the brackets, in my opinion. The term in brackets should be in Nominative, I think.
We could have a page which explains the term and a page (= index) which lists the elements.
