First (or second) master

English and French wikis say that Raymond du Puy was the second master, not the first. I don't know! But I know he wasn't connected with le Puy-en-Velay (Anicium Vellavorum), so I have removed that link. The only Latin name I have yet found for him is Raimundus, magister domus Hospitalis in Willelmus Tyrensis, Historia rerum in partibus transmarinis gestarum 17; but others will turn up, no doubt.
