Disputatio:Litus Eburneum

"Eburneanum" et "Allassanem"

Greetings. I have found in an old article from Ephemeris (simply titled Bellum Civile Eburneanum) the adjective "Eburneanum" as a Latin equivalent of "Ivorian". Also, in the same article the name of the current president, Alassane Ouattara, is declined as "Allassanem Ouattaram" (accusative).
