Lingua Suecica? Suedica?[fontem recensere]
Both forms are in use throughout Vicipaedia. Should that inconsistency survive? If not, which form is better? In one page recently, Amphitrite changed Suedice to Suecice, and I therefore did the same when Suedice turned up on another page that came into view. Several dozen Suedice probably remain. What should be done with them? IacobusAmor 14:08, 5 Maii 2007 (UTC)
- Quite a lot of variants are in use throughout Medieval latinity (Suecica, Svecica, Suetica, Svetica, Suedica, Svedica, ...). Personally, I like lingua Svecica best. However, when and though using this variant I make reference to the entry lingua Suecica which does very well. I think it's impossible to say, which form is the correct one (except by fiat). --Neander 00:28, 11 Maii 2007 (UTC)
