It's a bad page (and note the "Latinitas -2" tag at the head): we wouldn't normally give a whole text, or a whole translation, and this translation could be improved. It seems to have been pasted in gradually and anonymously. A good page would give the history of the Marseillaise, quoting some lines, and adding a good translation of those lines. Care to help?
