[fontem recensere]Does Vicipaedia have a category to cover the four years that Henricus Cowell spent in San Quentin? Wikipedia has "Category:Prisoners and detainees by prison." IacobusAmor (disputatio) 15:02, 1 Novembris 2015 (UTC)
- We have "Incarcerati", so I've added it. Hmm. I'd have guessed that we hardly have enough former jailbirds to make a subcategory structure worthwhile as yet ... but I could be wrong, and it really depends on whether you want to devote the time to it. I've been categorizing (and so have you) the inmates of universities, but we have rather more of those! Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 20:19, 1 Novembris 2015 (UTC)
- "Incarcerati" should be fine for now; someday there'll have to be a subcategory for the unjustly imprisoned (perhaps to avoid a POV about what's just, it could = the incarcerati who, like Cowell, were later pardoned), but not enough examples may be extant for that at the moment. As for professors: since the Latin name of the university is often unknown in these precincts, I tend to leave them to your kind ministrations. Every now and then, though, a guess will be attempted, and sometimes it turns out right. ;) IacobusAmor (disputatio) 12:26, 2 Novembris 2015 (UTC)
- It is now legitimate to make category redirects, so if your guess is significantly different from my guess it is possible to choose one and leave a helpful redirect at the other. Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 13:20, 2 Novembris 2015 (UTC)
