Roman numerals?

Are we allowed to use Roman numerals?--Nicolaus Augurinus (disputatio) 21:47, 3 Ianuarii 2013 (UTC)

We use them in some traditional contexts like the names of kings and popes (so "Hadrianus V" is fine of course). Not otherwise, not in text.
