Puppets

I think the most obvious meaning of "vir neurospasti" would be "the husband of a string-puppet", while "Categoria:Homines neurospasti" would be "men who are controlled by strings". I don't think these assertions are true of Frank Oz :) I guess the meaning intended, in both cases, is "Puppeteer(s)". Can anyone devise a term?

Am I right in thinking that the Muppets were not string-puppets but glove-puppets? Surely I'm right! We need to consider that, because "neurospastum" can only mean a string-puppet or marionette.
