Another term: de:Stadtrecht. I do not know whether this is a Latin concept, but I wonder why "Stadtprivileg" is not mentioned on page de:Stadtrecht. I think, I have never heard "Stadtprivileg" before, the word which I knew is de:Stadtrecht.

They (historians) do not agree wheter it is the town that has given the river its name or the opposite: the river has given the town its name. I think that the ethymology of the word is a dative case form of an extinct Swedish word that meant "yellow-pale", but today it is just a name and that orgignal word is totally extinct.

Jag såg i ett latinskt-svenskt lexikon att det finns ett latinskt namn på Falun, som inte var just Falun. Men tyvärr har jag glömt vilket det var. Har för mig att det var något i stil med "Falunungen".83.227.26.212 15:41, 1 Octobris 2006 (UTC)[reply]
