Well, the flip opinion, also supported by [1], is that the name is a surname that just happens to be used as a given name, so by the rules wouldn't be translated—cf. Georgius W. Bush where 'Walker' is also originally a surname and untranslated. Still, though, as a diminutive to Dionysia corresponding to the Middle English Diot what would be the actual form you're suggesting?
