Disputatio:Cosmologia
Cosmographia[fontem recensere]
It would be good to figure out whether this differs in any way from cosmographia; the English Wikipedia does seem to make a distinction, but can we say the same for Latin? Liddell and Scott have κοσμογραφία, κοσμογράφος, and κοσμολογικός; Lewis and Short just have cosmographia and cosmographus. Lesgles (disputatio) 16:46, 15 Iunii 2014 (UTC)

- Not differing very much from Iacobus, I thought cosmology was the theory and I thought cosmography was making sky maps. If so, there is certainly a difference, and a useful one. But I haven't looked these words up (in any language). Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 18:17, 15 Iunii 2014 (UTC)
