Name graphy

Hello, why did you use this graphy rather than "Scriabin, inis" which looks more latin ? It's written this way in french, and often used in spanish and italian. FredD 16:03, 8 Februarii 2012 (UTC)

If we can find him named in a reliable Latin source anywhere, we'll use that. Where we can't find such a source, then for surnames we use the best-accepted international transliteration, and that's what this is. Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 16:23, 8 Februarii 2012 (UTC)
