But the calendar, which is only one of seven applicable. Does that have value?

And surely we don't want this as well as XXII. Ianuarii - shouldn't this have remained a REDIRECT to the XXII? (aut vice versa?)

The calendar is a carryover from en:. Actually, on en: the calendar template semi-automatically substitutes the calendar layout for the current year (e.g., when it becomes 2005, it will display the 2005 order of days). Ours isn't that sophisticated yet, but that's the eventual idea.
And yes, XXII. Ianuarii should be converted to a redirect here. A previous attempt to translate the calendar made several days in January with Roman numerals, but the current format isn't working with them now, so. —Myces Tiberinus 14:12 nov 20, 2004 (UTC)
