Cuddie Springs est locus archaeologicus iam anno 1885 repertus in aridioribus Novae Cambriae Australis partibus Australiae orientalis haud longe ab oppido Brewarrina distans. Fuit olim lacus sub pluviis plenus, tempore calidiori siccus. Stratis inferioribus reperiuntur ossa fossilia megafaunorum hodie exstinctorum, generum Genyornis, Diprotodon, Sthenurus aliorumque, qui ibi mortui sint inter annos fere 60 000 et 50 000 a.p. Stratis superioribus ossa animalium cum instrumentis ab hominibus e silice confectis annis a fere 34 000 ad 28 000 a.p. misci censentur. Vestigia relata sunt contritionis seminum ad cibum fortasse parandum.
