Carolus Bixler Heiser, vulgo saepius Charles B. Heiser Jr. (Cynthianae in Indiana die 5 Octobris 1920 natus; mortuus die 1 Iunii 2010) fuit botanista.

Discipulus fuit Roberti Everard Woodson et Edgari Anderson apud universitatem Washingtonianam in urbe Sancti Ludovici; deinde Georgii Ledyard Stebbins in universitate Californiensi Berkeleiensi. Professor meruit apud universitatem Indianensem. De plantis utilibus Americae, praesertim de familia cucurbitacearum, de genere Capsico, de speciebus Heliantho annuo, Solano quitoensi, Schoenoplecto californico operam dedit. Inter discipulos eius fuerunt Gulielmus Hardy Eshbaugh et Barbara Pickersgill.

Inquisitiones annis 1950 persecutus est ope emolumenti a societate McIlhenny dati.[1]
