Aqua sinapis est remedium potens et universale quod invenit, fabricavit et vendidit famosus medicus Iacobus Sinapius (1575-1622).

Contra id quod verbum videtur dicere, non est ulla pars sinapis in hoc remedio, hoc enim verbum ad nomen Sinapii alludit.

Haec aqua non multum differebat ab hoc odoramento cui nomen "Aqua Coloniensis"[1] quod in initio potus erat.
