Actually, I had brought up that point in the discussion page. After Ioshus agreed with me, I changed it to be in line with this. Certainly no slight was meant to your work. But I am curious, given that the article is about America, why use Roman dates? Sinister Petrus 18:19, 30 Augusti 2006 (UTC)
- I chose Roman dates merely because the article was in Latin. Based on Auxilium pro editione, I don't see any reason why dates should be in any of the formats it lists. Davus618 18:31, 30 Augusti 2006 (UTC)

- Actually it does mention the use of roman dates. I think it says "both unwieldly and unsightly". The auxilium pro editione is a bit outdated and may need a rewrite, but it definitely does address this. The main thing is though, this is a latin wikipedia, not a roman one, just as the english wikipedia is not a british, australian, or american wikipedia.
