Cur est lemma Universitas Coloniae? Nomen in sigillo Universitas Civitatis Coloniensis inest. ¶ Why is the lemma Universitas Coloniae? The name implied in the seal is Universitas Civitatis Coloniensis (vel plenius [Sancta] Universitas [Studii] Civitatis Coloniensis), the University of the City of Colonia. I think the reason is history :) Schulz-Hameln used to create category names in this style for German universities, and did so in this case. Gaudio, who recently created the page, followed the precedent of the category name, assuming it had been verified. That's my guess, anyway. You're right, the page and the categories all ought to be renamed. You could deal with the page if you care to; then I'll do the categories.
