Thanks, Alex. Looking at the first few Google pages of Tyrolia, they all seem to be modern trade names rather than real Latin: so I think Tyrolia can maybe be discounted. The same is true for most of the examples of Tyrolis, but not quite all of them! The choice between Tyrolis and Tirolis is doubtful, I feel. Maybe others will comment. Then I would suggest "Tirolis" fem., confirmed by a "native". For South Tyrol (parallel to "Alta Athesia") we have a choice of
