"nomine officiali"

'Workshop-name'? a name used in courtesy or for duty? The only Latin term for English 'official' given in Cassell's is "publicus (= of the state)." I raise this point because the word appears to be in danger of becoming formulaic in articles on heavenly bodies—and this doesn't seem like one of those cases in which Vicipaedia must necessarily use a Late Latin word, or even invent a new one, because the exact term for the thing didn't already exist in Latin of the Golden Age. Not "workshop": that would be officinale.

Cassell says 'of the state'? The use of 'publicus' for 'official' seems more like the intent would be for the state, i.e. for official use, or what one would use in legalese. —Mucius Tever 22:57, 15 Ianuarii 2010 (UTC)
