Disputatio:Lingua Tamulica

There is thought to be a connection between "Tamil" and the Damirica mentioned in the Periplus of the Erythraean Sea, but I guess we probably can't use that. --Iustinus 03:04, 19 Martii 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Casson edition of the Periplus says that Damirica is an unsupported conjecture and that the text says Limyrike, so that source seems to be out.
