In case 85.2.132.8 comes back to read this, no, that's not true. If such a formula arrives here, any Wikipedian who wants can install it on the page (and any other who wants can dispute the edit). To every action attaches a moral burden; of course it can be misperceived, or even ignored. One recalls a common phrase: you break it, you own it.
